in keeping with one of the past blogs and because it's been ages since i've written here - i thought i would mention that i have now had quinoa flakes for breakfast twice. not to be negative, but it just doesn't beat good ol' fashioned oatmeal, ALTHOUGH the second time was FAR superior. don't be afraid of the sweetner - the second time i used 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and was surprised to actually like it.
