The sun has been out for a few days, and after weeks of rain, I can finally say that I am loving autumn once again. It's one of my favourite seasons (I have three others that rotate throughout the year), but I find it hard to enjoy through grey dismal slop. But now the sun is warm in a bright blue sky and the leaves are shouting a last hurrah in all their glorious colour; I love the cool evenings of Light Jacket Season, as my sister calls it, and the brilliant late mornings.
